To thrive in the role of FTM you have a proactive attitude and you are a person with strong negotiation skills who is able to adapt his/her communication to different stakeholders :

Reports hierarchically to France Finance Project & Tender Director and functionally Tender Leader and Customer Director.

Develop standard content, template and tools reusable for each bid in compliance with the internal rules.

Provide management with reliable financial data in order to assist in the decision-making.

Support the Tender Leader and others tender team as a finance partner.

Manage with Tender Leader the interfaces with other expert functions such as tax, treasury, insurance, legal and contract management.

Ensure consistency and accuracy of assessment of finance topics (FI07, bonds, hedging, tax & INM, CPA shortfall…).

Ensure consistency and accuracy of assessment of risk recognition for any risks, saving and opportunities in the tender.

Ensure consistency and accuracy of assessment of costing with support of Finance team from contributing sites and Platform Controller (ref lib, CAPEX, R&D…).

Validate the financial presentations and results of tenders (BOR till CPR0).

Interface, suggest and negotiate terms and conditions with customer (hearing of bidders).

Participate in building the winning strategy for tenders, in terms of costing, pricing list, terms and conditions, cash profil, etc.

Organize and lead tender process for small offers.

Ensuring costing, risks, saving and opportunities are managed to optimize the tender financial targets.

Ensure the economic and financial management of tenders, following company procedures.

Work to maximize the financial performance and cash generation of the Region France tenders portfolio.
